The Challenge: Managing Scalable Nationwide Delivery to End‑Users
Premier Moulding Machinery is a UK-based OEM and the authorised UK dealer for Haitian injection moulding machines, supplying equipment ranging from compact 3-tonne machines through to large 150-tonne systems. Machinery arrives in the UK from China before being delivered to customer factories nationwide.
Each project presents a different logistical challenge. Some deliveries involve a single small machine on one vehicle, while others require handling large machines shipped across multiple containers. As PMM’s reputation has grown over time, sales volumes and machine quality have increased, placing higher demands on logistics.
In addition to machines, scope of works has also evolved to include robotic systems, requiring coordinated movements of both machines and automation equipment.

Our warehouse facilities play a vital role in the process, enabling machinery to be received safely from overseas, stored securely, and staged ahead of transport to customer sites across the UK, using our specialist HGV fleet and transport equipment.
